Broli is a prominent Uruguayan football coach known for leading the national under-20 team to victory in the World Cup held in 2023. After a successful tenure with the youth squad, he sought to negotiate an extension with the Uruguayan Football Association (AUF) but was unable to reach an agreement. Following this, he took a position with the Saudi Arabian U23 team before returning to Uruguay. Currently, he is being considered for the role of head coach for the U20 team once again, as the AUF aims to formalize his return in July.
