Bryan Bergougnoux

Bryan Bergougnoux was a former French footballer, born in Lyon, who made a significant impact in Ligue 1 during his career, winning three French championships with Olympique Lyonnais. He was known for his time at several clubs, including Toulouse and Tours, where he made over 100 appearances for each team. Bergougnoux also represented the French national team at the under-21 level, scoring nine goals in 20 appearances. After retiring from professional play, he transitioned into coaching and continued to contribute to football through various roles, including as an assistant coach at Le Havre. Tragically, he passed away at the age of 43 after suffering a medical emergency while en route to a legends tournament, leaving behind a wife and four children.
