Bu Lan

Bu Lan, born in May 1975, is a Chinese politician of Han ethnicity. She serves as the Vice Chairman of the Guizhou Provincial Political Consultative Conference and is also the Secretary of the Party Committee in Baiyun District, Guizhou. She is proposed for a position as a Standing Committee Member of a municipal party committee.
