Bülent Kaptanoğlu

Bülent Kaptanoğlu was an individual who tragically lost his life during severe flooding in İzmir's Foça district. He was swept away in his vehicle due to heavy rainfall, which led to a significant search and rescue operation. His body was later found approximately 11 kilometers from the location where he had gone missing, highlighting the impact of the intense weather conditions that caused widespread flooding in the area.
