Caesar Waitara

Caesar Waitara is the current Tanzanian Ambassador to Namibia, representing his country in diplomatic relations. He has been instrumental in maintaining the strong historical ties between Tanzania and Namibia, especially in the context of post-colonial cooperation. Waitara was mentioned in the news for welcoming the Tanzanian delegation led by Dr. Emmanuel Nchimbi to Namibia for the state funeral of Dr. Sam Nujoma.
