Camiel Fortgens

Camiel Fortgens is a 33-year-old Dutch fashion designer known for his intentionally imperfect style that challenges conventional notions of clothing perfection. A graduate of the Design Academy in Eindhoven, Fortgens draws inspiration from his early fascination with brands like Diesel and Acne Studios. He creates gender-neutral collections characterized by visible flaws, such as missing buttons and unfinished hems, which he views as a celebration of the neglected and the experimental. His work is produced in various countries, including Portugal and Bulgaria, and is available in around sixty stores globally.
