Candelaria G.T. is a 37-year-old Bolivian woman who recently became the victim of a police corruption case involving extortion and robbery by officers from the Dirección de Prevención e Investigación de Robo de Vehículos (Diprove) in El Alto, where she was allegedly coerced into handing over significant amounts of money during a supposed police operation.
