Cao Thi Ngoc Dung

Cao Thi Ngoc Dung, born in 1957, is the Chairwoman of Phu Nhuan Jewelry (PNJ), a company with a market capitalization exceeding $1 billion. She has been instrumental in establishing PNJ not merely as a gold trading business but as a pioneer in modern jewelry design and production in Vietnam. Under her leadership, PNJ became the first company to build an internationally-standard jewelry manufacturing plant, train professional artisans, and develop a brand based on design and creativity. Dung has received numerous awards and honors both nationally and internationally. Even at 68, she continues to inspire young entrepreneurs and is recognized for her significant contributions to the industry.
