Capitão Alberto

Capitão Alberto is a Brazilian politician and member of the Chamber of Deputies, representing the PL party from Amazonas. Recently, he was in the news for his heated exchange with Finance Minister Fernando Haddad during a public hearing, where he contested Haddad's use of the term 'molecagem' to describe the behavior of opposition deputies.
