Carl Al Zaglin

Carl Al Zaglin is an American businessman and former CEO of Atlanco, currently on trial in South Florida for corruption and money laundering related to Honduran public officials and institutions. He is accused of orchestrating a bribery scheme that allegedly resulted in over $10 million in contracts through the Population Security Trust.
