Carla Louro
Carla Louro, born in 1969 in Santarém, is a Portuguese poet and architect, celebrated for her debut poetry collection 'Entra-se na Casa pelo Pátio,' which won the inaugural Prémio de Poesia Nuno Júdice. With a degree in Architecture from Universidade Lusíada, Louro currently works in the municipality of Abrantes. She draws inspiration from notable poets like Nuno Júdice, Ana Luísa Amaral, and Adília Lopes. Her winning work, praised for its emotional depth and clarity, is set to be published by Publicações Dom Quixote in March of the following year.
