Carla Moore

Carla Moore is an assistant lecturer at the Institute for Gender and Development Studies at The University of the West Indies, Mona. She is an advocate for understanding gender issues and the dynamics of sexual assault, particularly emphasizing the often-overlooked experiences of male victims. Through her work, Moore seeks to raise awareness about the stigma surrounding male victimhood and the societal perceptions that discourage men from acknowledging their experiences of sexual harassment and assault.
