Carles Lagresa

Carles Lagresa is the mayor of Espolla, a small village in the Alt Empordà, who acknowledges that many local residents may not be aware of the requirements to declare their poultry. He is actively involved in efforts to educate the community about the legalities of keeping hens for personal use.
