Carlitos Momade Omar

Carlitos Momade Omar is the chairperson of the Joint Development and Management of the Rovuma/Ruvuma River Basin and serves as the Director General of ARA-Norte, IP. He has been instrumental in regional cooperation efforts among Tanzania, Malawi, and Mozambique, particularly in managing the Ruvuma River Basin and its ecosystems, as highlighted during the recent launch of a significant regional initiative aimed at environmental protection and community livelihood support.
