Carlos Alberto Delgado

He was fortunate to delay a planned trip back to Venezuela just days before the earthquakes struck, allowing him to stay safe in Ecuador. Following the disaster, he immediately reached out to his sister in Caracas, who fortunately reported that her area had not sustained significant damage, although Carlos remains concerned about family and friends affected by the tremors.
