Carlos Cuaycal

Carlos Cuaycal is the secretary of the Mesa de Concertación Permanente del Resguardo de Mayasquer, where he is actively involved in the negotiations and protests concerning the border situation between Colombia and Ecuador, particularly in response to the destruction of bridges critical to the indigenous communities.
