Carlos Dabdoub Arrien

Carlos Dabdoub Arrien is a Bolivian neurosurgeon and academic who serves as the founder and director of the Institute of Neurosciences at the Universidad Franz Tamayo (Unifranz). With a background as a former Minister of Health, he has been instrumental in advancing the study of the nervous system and its application in education in Bolivia and Latin America.
