Carlos Eduardo Arenas

Carlos Eduardo Arenas is a former member of the Bogotá police who faced charges related to an alleged criminal organization involved in illegal data interception. He was acquitted along with General (r) Humberto Guatibonza, as the court found the accusations against them to be unfounded.
