Carlos Eduardo Marín

Carlos Eduardo Marín, known by the alias 'Malasombra', is a former paramilitary member of the Autodefensas Campesinas del Casanare (Acc). He is implicated in a series of violent crimes during the early 2000s in Colombia, including forced disappearances and extrajudicial killings. Recent investigations by the Fiscalía General de la Nación have linked him to the case of four men who were abducted and murdered in 2002, with testimonies suggesting he was involved in a broader pattern of social cleansing in the region.
