Carlos Farías

Carlos Farías is a witness connected to the case of Diego Fernández, a teenager who disappeared in 1984. Farías has publicly claimed that he was harassed by Fernández during their time together in school, even alleging an attempted sexual assault. Despite his willingness to testify, the prosecution has determined that his testimony does not contribute significantly to the case. However, Judge Alejandro Litvack has suggested that hearing from Farías could still be beneficial to the investigation.
