Carlos Fernando García Rubio
Carlos Fernando García Rubio is a former Guatemalan government official who served as the viceminister of Prevention of Violence under President Alejandro Giammattei in 2021. Recently, he has been implicated in a homicide investigation following an armed attack in which he is accused of being the perpetrator in the death of Hansel Ernesto Szarata Valdés on April 5, 2025.
