Carlos Fernando Pérez is a former comptroller of Santander with over 25 years of public sector experience. He is an economist with multiple degrees in public management and business administration. As a candidate for mayor of Bucaramanga, he aims to continue the work initiated by Jaime Andrés Beltrán, having received the endorsement of the Partido ADA.
