Carlos I de España

Carlos I de España, also known as Charles V, was a Holy Roman Emperor and King of Spain in the 16th century. He ruled over an extensive empire that included Spain, the Netherlands, and large portions of Italy and the Americas. His reign was marked by significant events, including the Protestant Reformation and major conflicts with France and the Ottoman Empire. He is remembered for his efforts to unify Europe under his rule and for his patronage of the arts and sciences during a period of great cultural achievement.
