Carlos Javier Pineda

Carlos Javier Pineda is the Chief of Special Operations for the Fuerza de Reacción Inmediata Pakal (FRIP), an elite security unit in Chiapas, Mexico, which was established to combat organized crime along the Mexico-Guatemala border.
