Carlos Puma

Carlos Puma is a prosecutor in Peru who, along with his colleague, was involved in monitoring the attempted departure of former president Pedro Pablo Kuczynski from the country, as part of an ongoing investigation into alleged irregularities in Kuczynski's 2016 electoral campaign.
