Carlos Roberto Lopes

Carlos Roberto Lopes is the president of the Confederation of Family Farmers and Rural Family Entrepreneurs (Conafer) in Brazil. He has recently come under investigation by the Federal Police for his involvement in a corruption scheme related to the National Institute of Social Security (INSS), where he allegedly conspired with federal deputy Euclydes Pettersen and others to facilitate bribery and secure favorable treatments for the organization.
