Carlos Solís
Carlos Solís served as the director of the National Roadway Council (Conavi) in Costa Rica, where he was responsible for implementing roadway safety measures. He was part of the discussions surrounding the delayed construction of a pedestrian bridge in Ochomogo, mandated by a court ruling in 2017.
