Carlos Vados

Carlos Vados is a senior citizen and a beneficiary of the Instituto Hondureño de Seguridad Social (IHSS) in La Ceiba. He has expressed his concerns over the inadequate conditions of the clinics, particularly the lack of air conditioning and potable water, which he believes put the health of elderly patients like himself at risk, especially during high temperatures.
