Carlos Vides Casanova

Carlos Vides Casanova is a retired Salvadoran general who faced legal action in the United States for his involvement in human rights abuses during the Salvadoran Civil War. He was deported from the U.S. in 2015 after being accused of complicity in the torture of victims, including Juan Romagoza.
