Carlos Yoba

Carlos Yoba is the rector of the Universidade Independente de Angola (UnIA), a private higher education institution dedicated to providing high-level academic and professional training, scientific research, and community outreach. Recently, he was in the news for signing a cooperation protocol with the Universidade Pedagógica de Maputo (UPMaputo), aiming to foster collaboration and exchange between faculty members and enhance joint activities and training programs.
