Carmen Argibay

Carmen Argibay was a distinguished Argentine jurist and one of the first women to serve on the Argentine Supreme Court. Appointed by former President Néstor Kirchner, she was known for her significant contributions to gender equality in the judiciary and for advocating for women's rights through the establishment of important legal offices focused on domestic violence and women's issues.
