Carmen Mora

Carmen Mora, 83, is a dedicated member of the Asociación Gerontológica Costarricense (Ageco), having participated for over 20 years. After retiring in 2000, she found purpose and community through various activities, including swimming classes, which have significantly contributed to her physical and mental well-being. Carmen describes Ageco as a 'true family' that has provided her with support and a sense of belonging during her retirement.
