Carolina Jaramillo Garcés

Carolina Jaramillo Garcés has been appointed as the official spokesperson for the government of Daniel Noboa, a newly created role aimed at enhancing communication between the government and the public. With a background in political communication and extensive experience in both public sectors and international organizations, she holds a degree in Organizational Communication and Public Relations, as well as a master's degree in Social Sciences with a focus on Communication. Her responsibilities will include informing the public about government decisions, engaging with journalists, and representing the government at public events.
