Caroline Garrett

Caroline Garrett has been the principal of Oatlands College in Mount Merrion, Dublin, since 2011, becoming the first woman to hold this position after serving as the school's deputy principal. With a background in management within the Education and Training Board, Garrett has fostered a culture of respect and fairness among her students, particularly emphasizing the importance of positive male role models in a changing societal landscape. She is dedicated to creating an inclusive environment where boys feel valued and understood, while also addressing the influence of negative social media narratives on young men.
