Carra is a volunteer with NYC Ice Watch who has been actively involved in alerting the community about ICE activities and raids impacting street vendors in New York City. Due to safety concerns, she uses a pseudonym but has been pivotal in mobilizing community responses to prevent detentions and support vulnerable vendors during times of heightened immigration enforcement.
