Castro Stephens

Castro Stephens was recently mentioned in connection with the arrest of a young man linked to the assassination of Nicaraguan ex-military member Roberto Samcam. He was found traveling with the suspect, Carvajal Fernández, and was in possession of illegal firearms and other suspicious items during a routine police check in San Isidro de Heredia.
