Catarina Campos
Catarina Campos is a 39-year-old international referee from Viseu, Portugal, who made history by becoming the first woman to officiate a professional men's football match in Portugal. Appointed to lead a match in the II Liga, she is part of an all-female officiating team, which includes two assistants and a fourth official. Since beginning her career in refereeing in 2008, Campos has officiated numerous matches across various competitions and is recognized as a member of UEFA's elite refereeing category. She is also noted for being the first referee to display a white card for fair play during a women's match in 2023.
