Catarina Craveiro

Catarina Craveiro is a biomedical research technician based in Lisbon who has transformed her life after participating in a clinical trial studying the effects of a placebo. Having suffered from debilitating back pain due to scoliosis since childhood, she found relief through the placebo effect, leading her to become a kickboxing instructor and a mother of two, demonstrating the power of the mind in overcoming physical ailments.
