Caterina Méndez is a passionate advocate for youth development and the leader of the Meta Humanos project, which aims to unlock human potential through innovative educational methodologies. With a focus on integrating emotional and social learning, Méndez has developed the LED methodology—Liberation, Equipment, and Performance—to help young individuals identify and overcome limiting beliefs, acquire critical thinking skills, and apply these tools to enhance their lives and communities. Her work addresses the urgent needs of Guatemala's youth in a rapidly changing technological landscape, emphasizing the importance of internal growth and self-awareness to thrive in the modern world.
