Cathal O’Connor
Cathal O’Connor is a Sligo-based property developer and the managing director of Beldare Homes, a prominent construction company involved in numerous housing projects across Ireland. In May 2024, he was sentenced to five years in prison for assaulting three teenagers, although the last three years of his sentence were suspended. Despite his legal troubles, O’Connor remains a director or secretary of 21 different companies linked to his property ventures, which have faced significant financial challenges following the incident.
