Cayo Lucas

Cayo Lucas was arrested by the Civil Police of Pernambuco for threatening YouTuber Felipe Bressanim Pereira, known as Felca, and for illegally accessing sensitive police information. He allegedly purchased credentials to police systems via Telegram and was found with his computer logged into the system at the time of his arrest.
