Cécile Bibiane Ndjebet

Cécile Bibiane Ndjebet is an activist and agronomist from Cameroon, celebrated for her work in promoting sustainable forestry and women's rights in agriculture. She was honored with the Gulbenkian Prize for Humanity in 2023, recognizing her contributions to community-based conservation and her efforts to empower women in rural areas to be leaders in sustainable practices.
