Cecilia Bolaños Loría

Cecilia Bolaños Loría is the president of the Tribunal de Ética y Disciplina of the Partido Liberación Nacional (PLN) in Costa Rica. She has been prominent in recent news for overseeing the disciplinary actions taken against several party members, including Daniel Ulate and Nixon Ureña, resulting in their expulsion for not fulfilling their obligations to attend party assemblies.
