Celeste N, a 30-year-old woman, was captured by the Guatemalan National Civil Police (PNC) in the Palmeras del Sur neighborhood of Escuintla. She is wanted by a court in Guatemala for extortion and is suspected of being part of a criminal organization that conducts extortion calls while impersonating members of gangs.
