Celeste Pin was a former professional footballer and sports executive, known for his long-standing connection with Fiorentina, where he became a club icon during his playing years as a defender. He began his career at Perugia before moving to Fiorentina, where he played in the 1990 UEFA Cup final against Juventus. After retiring from professional play in the mid-1990s, Pin remained in Florence and transitioned to a career as a sports director for various youth sectors of local teams, while also working as a sports commentator and engaging in real estate. Tragically, he passed away at the age of 64 in what is suspected to be a suicide.
