Celia Carballo

Celia Carballo was a 34-year-old Guatemalan national and mother of four, known for her joyful spirit and vibrant personality. She had lived in Ladyville for two years with her partner, Francisco Cortez, and their children. Tragically, she lost her life in a motorcycle accident on the Phillip Goldson Highway, which has left her friends and family in disbelief.
