Celia Sears

Celia Sears is the owner of Milan-based beauty agency Show Division, where she focuses on curating creative teams for luxury brands in the fashion industry. Sears is an advocate for inclusivity in fashion, particularly in training stylists to work with textured hair. She has collaborated with Adrian Carew to develop educational programs aimed at addressing the lack of representation and training for BIPOC hairstylists in European fashion weeks.
