Celso Salcedo

Celso Salcedo is the president of the Asociación Cooperadora Escolar (ACE) at the Escuela Básica N° 5583 Puertas del Sol in San Antonio, Paraguay. He has been actively involved in efforts to ensure that students can begin their classes despite the ongoing infrastructure issues at the school, including a closed pavilion due to safety concerns. Salcedo has communicated that the school is making arrangements to utilize available spaces, such as the library and a meeting room, while portable restrooms have been provided for the students during the construction delays.
