Cem Sultan
Cem Sultan was an Ottoman prince, the son of Sultan Mehmed II, whose claim to the throne led to a significant rivalry with his brother Bayezid II. After being defeated, he spent much of his life in exile and was used as a pawn in European power struggles, particularly by the Knights of St. John and the French crown, who sought to leverage his royal status against the Ottomans.
