Cepeljac is a young barber from Belgium who became a victim of a violent kidnapping incident in London, where he was held hostage and tortured for a ransom that he could not pay. After enduring nine hours of abuse, he was eventually released thanks to his friend's report to the police, leading to the arrest of his captors.
